Network & Security Installer
Level 1 Tech

Installers should have the following:

Knowledge of and experience working with hand and power tools.
Knowledge of and experience in cabling
Troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building
Dependable transportation
Ability to travel to customer sites
Ability to lift and/or move various equipment
Must have organizational skills
Smartphone

Technical Skills Recommended:
Networking and IT experience
Networking knowledge and troubleshooting
Basic wiring and interpreting electrical diagrams (for access control and alarm systems)
Windows operating system and server (Server, Hyper-V and desktop management)

Network & Security Field Technician
Level 2 Tech

Field Technicians should have the following:

Knowledge of and experience working with hand and power tools
Networking and IT experience
Knowledge of and experience in cabling
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building
Dependable transportation
Ability to travel to customer sites
Ability to lift and/or move various equipment
Must be able to work independently
Must have organizational skills
Smartphone

Technical Skills required:
Networking knowledge and troubleshooting (we use Mikrotik and UniFi)
Basic wiring and interpreting electrical diagrams (for access control and alarm systems)
Windows operating system and server (Server, Hyper-V and desktop management)
